MY STRATEGIES

1. Gearing UPSI towards High COE in Early Childhood Education.  

  • Optimizing the strength and expertise of UPSI academics and staff for education research activities.

  • Organizing local and international academic events and functions in education research. 

 

 

2. Applying for R&D grants which are exclusive for associate professors or professors.

  • Producing research in the field of early childhood education that have an impact on local communities.

  • Applying for Trans Disciplinary Research Grant Scheme (worth up to RM1.5 million). 

  • Cooperating with world top 200 universities when applying for external R&D grants.

 

 

3. Acquiring higher consultation fee for UPSI. 

  • Cooperating in the research and consultation with the industry.

 

 

4. Establishing a 4p (Publication, Research, Supervision & Consultation) mentoring mechanism.

  • Providing mentorship services for postgraduate students, lecturers and senior lecturers across different faculties.  

  • Attracting more postgraduate students to pursue master
